We’re looking for exceptional talent who
- Have a foundational understanding of Transformer architectures, are familiar with encoders, decoders, loss functions, and optimizers
- Have hands-on experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks
- Can demonstrate novel ideas & utilize the available compute to achieve the largest possible performance improvements
- Are strong communicators, comfortable in research discussions, efficient in explaining and presenting their methods and results, as well as making decisions based on them
- Take ownership of the full experimentation pipeline, including data preparation, rapidly scaling experiments from early prototypes to state-of-the-art performance, and designing rigorous, real-world relevant evaluation frameworks
- Are not afraid of ambiguity or the unknown, eager to try new ideas and implement them into robust, maintainable codebases
All our positions are full-time onsite in Prague, Czech Republic.
