Our mission

To show that frontier AI can be built in Europe: our own research, our own models, our own products, made here and used globally. Our focus is efficiency. Our research has cut the cost of training large language models by up to 50%, and our ThinkingCap model is twice as token-efficient on average, with no significant loss in performance.

Join our team

You'll join about 20 researchers and engineers in Prague, working alongside people who built the foundations of modern AI. Our Chief Scientific Officer, Tomáš Mikolov, created word2vec and the neural language models that today's LLMs are built on. Our CEO, Jaroslav Beck, co-founded Beat Games, the Prague studio behind Beat Saber. We're backed by 20VC and by founders of Canva, Datadog, ElevenLabs, Hugging Face, Lovable, Pigment, Supercell and Synthesia.

You'll help us build the people function from the ground up, working closely with our CEO, and there's clear room to grow as the company does. The package combines salary and equity, so you share in what you build with us.

We're looking for exceptional talent who:

• Believe that a European company can lead in foundational AI and have global impact.
• Bring substantial experience across talent acquisition and people leadership in a fast-growing technology company, including hiring senior technical talent. AI or deep-tech experience is a strong advantage.
• Understand how research and engineering teams work, and what helps them perform.
• Are builders: strategic enough to design the function, hands-on enough to run it from day one.
• Hire for vision as well as ability, across research, engineering, product and commercial roles.
• Know how relocation and international hiring work, within Europe first and further afield in future.
• Are based in the Czech Republic or Central Europe, or have strong ties to the region. Fluent English; Czech is an advantage.

All our positions are full-time onsite in Prague, Czech Republic.
